Returned call got recorded message of unable to connect.

SPAM selling water upgrades from the Gov't

Called. I didn’t answer. Assume scam call.

Did not recognize number, did not answer, no message left. Rang back recorded message " Due to temporary service difficulties could not connect" Suspect scam call, blocked.

I normally never answer unknown numbers but was expecting some calls. As usual they hang up quickly. I tried to call back twice & it’s busy or disconnected

And here we go again....after a few weeks of no unknown callers, they start up once more......
