Not a scam. It’s a safe call. It’s from commonwealth bank. Informing me my credit card is overdrawn which it was.

This (03) 9068 7827 is an Indian scam call using “AI”
Starts by stating urgent call from CBA. 2.Asks you to select any key to continue. The AI program then asks for DOB etc, whilst you are on the phone to this “AI” program you are being sent a “ TROJAN” to infect your phone. This is used to “scim” ALL your personal details, credit cards, & contacts etc, from your phone. I contacted the CBA FOR CLARIFICATION, they confirmed my findings. IT IS NOT A CBA NUMBER THEY DONT CALL YOU WITHOUT ACTIVATING THE CBA APP FIRST! Simply hang up ASAP. DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THIS CALLER/ PROGRAM.

Hi there, just wanted to let you know that I called Commonwealth bank on their 13 22 21 number and they weren't aware of any reason for there to be an outbound call to my number from this number. They've taken it down to log as potential scam.

They confirmed that’s not from them and is most likely a SCAM

called, i let it go to voicemail. voicemail left said "this is an important message for * my name* from the commonwealth bank, to prevent further calls please call our automated service as soon as possible on "1300 652 249" .

Called said 1300 and it sounded legit like commonwealth.
I actually jumped on the commbank app and called one of the commonwealth 13x xx numbers and they confirmed the 1300652249 is NOT one of the commonwealth numbers and there is no reason to need to contact them.

Called back CommBank asked me to put in my date of birth so hung up. Won’t be putting my DOB on any voice recording!!!!!!!

Called saying they are from my NBN company (Even tho I don’t have NBN) caller was Indian, and rather rude when I refused to answer his questions, told me to then shut up and listen, I hung up. Total scam call!
