Robocall claiming to be from PayPal stating that I had made a purchase and $299.99 will be deducted from my PayPal account and in order to stop payment please follow their scam

My phone identified the call as "Potential Fraud' so didnt answer. Got a VM which was an "automated" reply about requesting a refund.
