Caller: Claimed to be Paypal Asian-accented female (recording) claiming to be from Paypal, telling me a $299.99 charge was to be made to my Paypal a/c, and to press 1, 2, or 9 for various responses. Didn't. Reported to ACCC.

Upon calling back less than an hour later, turns out the number isn't registered on network. Strange enough to block.
