Telstra support - maybe not in Australia, lots of foreign language lady chat at background. The lady I spoke she said she was a pre-paid specialist, but actually didn't know products very well. Even hang up at the end. VERY RUDE!!!!!! Can't believe this was Telstra staff!!!
