Caller: Simon Called called Simon, he said "Hello, is this Fred?", then I asked him to confirm who he was and where he was calling from. He said his name was 'Simon, but said where he was calling from very quickly. When I refused to confirm my details and if he was speaking with Fred, he called me a f&ck*ng f^gg&t and hung up.
