Received the call at 5:00pm at night, I don't answer unidentified callers & invite to leave a message instead. No message left. From the other results on this page is likely to be a call centre for electric lights or hot water systems or whatever. Block caller & deleted call record.

Called home number and hung up, then immediately called mobile number. I called back and they claimed that they were representing the State Government incentive to upgrade my hotwater system
