Scam call!

Asked if I was speaking to my 'name' and would not say why he was calling.

This is a scam—-3 calls whin 4 minutes

Asked me if I had solar. When I asked what company he was calling me from he wouldn't answer.

Don’t answer unknown numbers but when I rang back, it was a loud busy signal for a couple of seconds and then the call cut out. Instinct tells me scam call.

Call type. How do I know if I never answer numbers I don’t know.
Very cranky, this number repeats as do a lot of numbers we get and everyone one of them we check comes up the same.
(Sorry. No number found). We do know that we dad a scam the other day it was on our answer machine this was not.
