No message left and engaged constantly when tried to call back

Missed call on my mobile; no voicemail left. I called it back (from a private landline) and got a busy tone. My spidey senses say it's spam.

So sick of these so called government initiatives for new heating/cooling vents. I’ve told them time and time again I’m not interested and they keep calling back. It seems personal when they continue to phone back

I almost felt like I had the old demtel add offering but wait there is more.....

Rings, doesn't say anything, hangs up

Multiple calls and they never leave a message. Blocked.

Continual calls on a Saturday. No message. Constantly engaged when I tried calling back
