Caller: A supposed Melbourne LED Lighting Company- call center type set up

After usual delay, heavily accented female voice with typical "call center" in background. Possible telemarketer.

Could hear in the background it was a call centre - telemarketers. Thick accent & difficult to work out what he was saying even when I asked him to repeat himself. I only picked up on the words 'government' and something along the lines of energy saving. I told him my number was on a do not call list & I barely finished my sentence before he hung up. I keep blocking their numbers and they just keep phoning from new numbers. Absolute pests!
