The number keeps ringing me and its quite a few separate occasions and again twice today but never leaves a message. I never pick up unknown numbers anyway.

Multiple calls from this number that hung up on answering. When I called back with my number blocked it was answered without giving a company name and then advised they were LED light replacement under the Victorian Govt. energy saving program.

Called twice - answered, and then hung up.

called me about Led upgrade they first called me on my home phone and i didn't answer and the they rang me on my mobile.

Rang back got voice mail that did not discuss what company was called or who the call was from "But my call was very important to them and to please stay on the line" Very probably spam or marketing - blocked number

Do not speak and so they hang up - likely spam caller
