Caller: Sales and Marketing Company I called it back and a recorded message said it was from a "Sales and Marketing Company". It is now blocked.

Telemarketer trying to sell led lighting upgrades. Rings once then hangs up. When you ring back its "thank you for calling back" Caller is from India. Totally Bogus.

Caller: Not sure Called and hung up when I answered,. When I called the number back they are selling the government backed downlights. I told them to take me off the list. These companies are a nuisance - they continue to call even when I have told them repeatedly that I already have my downlights upgraded.
