Caller: Victorian LED Upgrade Exact same people as (03) 9063 1135. Just trying to get you to replace your lightbulbs with LED ones free of charge so they can profit off government reimbursements.

called back, got a bit of music and a robo voice saying i would be transfered to an agent. when someone picked up i didnt catch what company they were claiming to be and just hung up
probably a scam
