We get calls from this number on my husbands work phone all the time When we ask why the Victorian government is ringing someone in NSW they hang up on us

Caller: Victorian Energy Upgrade Program State Government Indian employee saying he was from The Victorian Energy Upgrade Program and will be in my area tomorrow installing free energy efficient lighting to homes. He had no idea where I lived so I said my name is L Keeper in Wilsons Promontory, the tall white house at the end of the road. I'll be home tomorrow from 7am until midday. He said that he would get his supervisor to call me soon and then he rang off.
