Long delays keeps you on hold and every couple of minutes this annoying with a shocking computer voice says ‘“You will be answered by the next available operator please stay on the line” So I smashed my phone and I hope that it will solve the problem by these idiots trying to call me again and trying to scam another potential victim! There must be something these idiots can be barred from calling to scam potential victims here in Australia we should be able to set up a security system on our phones and if you cannot get through the security system that the home owner has set up you will not be able to call the person! Only the people you know will have access to that information and they will only be able to call you! And the security system is Encrypted so it’s harder for the scammers to hijack it!

Indian male calling, asked for someone by a different name, when I said not me, he continued speaking asking about my energy bills. Then I said he’d called my work number which is the local police station and he hung up.
