Caller: Fake Council Scammer The voicemail left was from someone saying they are from Hume City Council in Victoria looking for another person. We dont live in Victoria and have nothing to do with that State. Checked the numbers they asked to call and they dont correspond with any of their details given. Plus Telco flagged it already.
