Tried to call back 3 seconds after I missed the call and the number is disconnected

I missed that call. Later on I tried to call back but it’s disconnected.

Caller: H&R Block

I tried calling the number back and it said it was disconnected but I had also received a voice message from them. When I listened to it, they said it was H&R Block and said to call them back on 13 23 25
I checked the website and remembered I had a text from them a few days earlier and it all lined up to them

Rang back and number disconnected
