Wants to discuss electricity bill. Quite unfairly, one could argue, because it is an Indian chappy, we always hang up! However, on looking up Voltex site, it appears that while there is an Australian version, the business details have been used by Indian sources - so perhaps we are justified in hanging up. Finally, whatever the facts, if I keep hanging up on you Stop Ringing!
