Obnoxious woman telling me I had to sign up to the nbn as my landline was going to be turned off. I ended up just hanging up as she was so rude and obviously a scam...

When i answered there was a delay, im assuming because its an international call.
Terry then asked to speak to the buisness owner, i never give calls like this to the boss for obvious reasons, when i said she couldnt talk to him and asked if i could help her she hung up.

Called our business claiming the NBN is rolling out in our area and offering to sign us up. Apparently if we didn't sign up our landline and internet might be cut off at any time - told her she was lying at which point she hung up

Called us (a shopping centre) asking for the phone numbers of 2 new businesses in our centre. Assuming they are a scam company, no phone numbers were given out.

After the initial time delay, a lady by the name of Rachael asked to speak to the owner. I asked what it was in regards & where she was calling from. She said she was from Z Telecom. I just straight away said we weren't interested in any kind of marketing to do with our phone account. She actually didn't keep persisting and thanked me anyway which was a nice change, so I also said thankyou.

These people have been calling everyday trying to speak to business owner. I have started letting it go to message bank but they never leave msg and keep ringing...when will they give up? I am getting really annoyed at this invasion!

Every single day, "in regards of your phone bill reductions".
And every day I say, stop calling, you are annoying!
It's frustrating!

Stupids and annoying, almost 1 call per day, if you say something that they don't like - just hangs up the call straightaway, I have been warned by a friend not to say a word "Yes" throughout the phone call, as they can record it and use it to prepare your vocal agreement to change your phone line billing.

Another overseas telemarketer wanting to speak to the business owner about our business landline. Even though I said we don't take calls regarding marketing or accounts, he still said it wasn't marketing, so I told him he is lying and that I can't put him through because of the high volume of these types of calls, then hung up. He got off lightly!!!

"Your phone line is eligible for $35/month phone plan" - yet, once you speak to them things change! typical phone company scammers.
