Someone by the name of Alex phoned my mother yesterday on her landline, supposedly trying to save her money with her health insurance. He prattled off & she couldn't understand what he was saying so hung up on him. But she new his name & recalled the phone no. which was similar to one she had only 4 months prior where Alex cancelled her Medibank policy & set her up with RT Health over the phone with NO paperwork. It caused much grief for her & me trying to reverse what he had done. Of course you cannot call back on this number. STOP targeting the aged, smooth talking con artists.
