Contact the parent company who said we can put you on the do not call register. I told them I'm already on it and have been for sometime. Make your complaints directly to them on (03) 9256 5000. I am also going to report them to consumer affairs.

This is crazy, a lady call me, told me she was from Origin, told me that the phone call was recorded, processed to tell me i had $35 out standing on my previous addresses gas account. if this is a scam, this is a total volition of our privacy, to ring origin and them knowing nothing about the call, or the number as such is pathetic SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!!!

Have just spoken to the "do not call" register people - if we are on the register, this is a breach of the law - note down times, dates & try to get them to tell you which company they are representing if you can, then call & report the breach.

Yes the callquery website is the winner. I asked to have my number removed, it sent back an automated message saying that it will be removed within 48 hours. Time will tell.

Calling at all hours of the day, more than twice a day.

I've started answering and just not saying anything, they quickly hang up without so much as a hello?
Absolutely irritating. Someone needs to get the ombudsman involved.
