They claimed to be from Microsoft saying that there has been some downloading from my computer and that the computer isn't working properly and to have a paper and pen to write things down and be in front of my computer. I said I don't have a computer and she asked do you not have anything, our records show that you do and if you're lying we will be blocking your computer. I just said ok and she hung up.
