Computer generated voice message left supposedly from the ATO saying they have a lawsuit under my name. Asking to call back or an arrest warrant will be issued.
Called back with an answer from an Indian accent asking for my details so I hung up and blocked the number.

Automated robot advising it's the ATO in regards to a lawsuit case, if you don't send money they'll send a warrant for your arrest. When will scammers become more creative?

Freaked the hell out of me. Told me it was a random tax audit and I faced a $97,000 legal suit. Threatened me with arrest. I suspected a scam but also didn't want to hang up. He got agressive in tone and I got upset. I hung up after he read me a "legal statement"

This is a scam. I was called by the same number called which said it was ATO and if I didn't call them back I would be arrested.

This is SPAM. I received numerous calls and then a VM about an arrest warrant. LOL. Seriously.

I received a call from (03) 9028 8971 (Melbourne) which was an automated voice recording. Call said they were from ATO and there has been a lawsuit filed under my name and if I do not return the call there will be a warrant out for my arrest.

Left an automated voice message that said I had to call the number back or else it would lead to my arrest.
