SCAM WARNING!!!
Without a doubt calls from this number are a scam.
The caller asks you to go to a website which can grant access to your PC and let them screw around with it. The website is very basic, and asks you to enter a 6-digit code. If you do, you're in strife.
For further reading, search for "Computer tech support (Microsoft etc.) phone call scam" in Google and check out the whirlpool forum thread, or look it up at www.scamwatch.gov.au.
Would be willing to bet that Darren and Jennifer's glowing reviews are a result of their employment with the 'company' behind this.
