Caller: Energy Savers

Received a call from this number. Because I didn't recognise it I simply rejected it. Called it back their message called them Energy Savers.

I returned the call and automated message says Energy Savers. I did accept the call and believe it to be a scam number. The caller said they were from Telstra and that they needed me to assist with checking network infrastructure to assist combating hackers. I told them I didn't think I could help with strengthening or checking the network and that I was suspicious of these calls due to scammers and that I would call Telstra directly or review issue via the app. His response was that wouldn't work all I needed to do was log into Google ....I told him again I didn't trust these calls, but he just kept trying to talk over me to get me to go online. Which indicates to me very much a scam call. Normally representatives from the providers will accept that you are weary of cold calls and accept you will contact the company. Also if their is an issue I will usually get notified via text, email or the app.
