This is Telstra. Just informing you, that your internet has gone from private to public access.At this point, I didn't mention my internet isn't with Telstra. . She told me i needed to do certain things , to correct situation. When I told her didn't need to do anything, she got very rude and proceeded to tell me she would be cutting my internet off immediately.
