Caller: Scammer Person claiming to be ‘Rachel Smith’ from Telstra Melbourne wanting to help me with my IP address saying it’s insecure and anyone could take my information. After asking her full name and what part of Telstra in Melbourne she works for she hung up.

Rang and I don't recognise the number, so I didn't answer. They hung up and didn't leave a message. Phone said Suspected Spam. Hid number and called back, "Energy Savers" and a recorded computer voice saying that they were busy.
