Caller: James from IPA James from IPA, has rung me consistently, at least 2-3 times a week for months and i never pick up random numbers. This time, he left voicemail with info - in relation to the upcoming rate rise with health insurance (and what it means for me). It is asking if you have health insurance and likely telemarketing, spam or scam. Blocking now
