Dont answer . company offering to change LED lights

I called back number (03) 9021 2511 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Why can these people call me and I can't call back?? They are scum of the earth and do not deserve to be in business. There is something wrong when these dogs can call me countless times and I can not even call back or complain. We the consumer have no rights or privacy when it comes to dealing with these idiots.

I'm in VIC, Australia and they rang my landline this morning (27th March 2017).

I left it to the answering machine as I didn't recognise the number. There was background noise for about 10 seconds then they hung up.

FWIW I'm on the Do Not Call Register, but I don't think it makes any difference with companies like this one, so I've blocked their number now.

They just keep ringing I have them blocked in my phone but you can see when they have rang and my phone auto rejects the call

I like it when they call I answer with business name and they give me a recorded goodbye.

3 calls from this number, once a week, just hangs up when I answer, nobody there when I call back.

Called to say they are a government organisation replacing LED Lights, called twice and i blocked number

Called, I missed it, called back and as above no-one answers. Yes it is bloody annoying. I read the comments above with humour, I hope that's PC.
