Said bank has been hacked in US, said they were from visa/MasterCard. Obvious scam.

Called my 89 year old mother, she had no idea who hey were. I called the number from her home phone recorded message very unclear, couldn't even make out the press 1 etc. Pressed 3 person said they provide service debt solutions, I think as line was really bad. So Itried calling from my mobile same bad reception, woman tried to tell me it was my phone still could make out what it is they actually do. She wanted my mother's info so she could tell me why someone would call. I delined and said I would google their number. I think they are a scam tying to get bank info etc
