Caller claims to represent VISA and MasterCard. When asked how is this possible when they are two different and competing companies - the caller hangs up.

This number rang and I just reported it as a charity, survey or scammer. It is definitely a scammer as I rang the number back and the message received is the number is not recorded,

This number rang and did not leave a message. So since I do not answer the phone when it is a number I do not know, then I can only presume that it is either a charity or survey person or a scam artist.
