It's a phone card company that telemarketers use so they dont have blocked numbers. they know most people dont answer blocked/private numbers so they try to trick us by using a valid local number. When you ring it back you have to enter your user ID to progress otherwise you just get the recorded message. The best thing to do is tell the caller to hold while yu get the person they are looking for and just leave them on hold. The phone card company is charging them 30 to 40 cents per minute so you may not be able to get them to stop calling but you can at least ensure the call costs them some money.

this number is now irritating me calling midnight n early in the morning..
