Constant hang ups when answered

Constantly calling my number and hanging up when I answer. Can something be doen about them?

Called also claiming to be Telstra, I asked "are you a Telstra employee?" and go a confident yes. Guy threatened to slit my throat when I wouldn't play ball. Lovely!

Just had a call from this number, said she was from Telstra head office wanting to speak to the authorised person for the account. I said if you were from Telstra you would know the name of the authorised person. She said I was very rude!! Telstra have confirmed it is not one of their numbers and we are having it blocked.

Just got a call from this number, and they implied I was mentally slow, after they said they were from Telstra. Someone should put an end to this mob

These guys called us pretending to be Telstra. THey are Telco, not Telstra so don't listen to them. THey keep wasting our time

This number keeps calling our business. Whenever we answer they just remain silent and then hang up. Whenever I call it back it says "this extension is busy". Twat.

Called twice this morning - music playing and no one speaks - even though I can hear them breathing on the other end. Can someone from TELSTRA PLEASE end this rubbish - it's wasting everyone's time!!!

Called pretending to want to buy products then hung up after the call was returned

Called saying they are from Telstra and asked to speak to authorised account holder. Said not available, do you want to leave a message....then they hung up! Obvious pause before call connected and heard call centre background noise. Person did have an Australian accent.

Just received a call on my mobile. I only say hello once, then I go silent. When they don't get you saying "hello, hello?" they hang up. Waste of time!

received several calls over last month each time operator claims they are from TELSTRA information they provide is very sketchy. Beware give them no information

They call 5+ times a day. There is music playing when you answer then it hangs up.

Rang this morning saying they were from Telstra, I said the business owner is out and they then hung up. Several calls since then today, but just silence then hanging up.

Do they get a percentage of the call fee if anyone returns the call to that number?

Received a call this morning. The young man said he was wanting to speak to the business owner with regards to our Telstra Account. He hung up in my ear when I said there wasn't anyone available.

Well, there have been 2 calls today and whoever it is keeps hanging up. I rang the number twice only to get an answering service. Who are they?

Coming from a number outside of my state, it had all the hallmarks of a telemarketer, including silence at the beginning, followed by call centre noise in the background. "Can I speak to the authorised account holder?" (Australian accent). Telemarketer, no doubt. When I said we're not interested, the woman rudely replied, "Don't assume it's a market call" and hung up on me.

These people pretend that they are from Telstra and want your information. Give them nothing.
