Unsure who, but when you call back there is a foreign language being spoken on recording.

Sounded like a recorded message, but in a foreign language. no idea who called.

I don’t know who called. They didn’t leave a message. Must be upsetting for real businesses to call customers but they refuse to answer the phone as the business has failed to appropriately identify itself - too many scams on a daily basis.
