Caller: Solar panel cleaning service

I asked him where he got my details from, quoted some government department that keeps records of everyone who has solar panels, and it is available for anyone to see. Told me they would do a 12 point inspection and cleaning of the solar panels. Didn’t know if i had 6 or more solar panels, didnt know if my house was single or double story. Quoted $249 for the job, plus a $50 discount if I was a pensioner. A very good phishing phone call, but I said I would pass and get an electrician to inspect the solar panels. I hung up before he could reply.

Hangs up when call goes to answering machine. Such a nuisance.

This number calls, sometimes, several times a day. Never leaves a message

that's BS of them because I just got a call and I don't have solar panels. So I'm guessing they didn't get your (or my) info from the Clean Energy Council (or any legit source).
