Called lawsuit claim was a robo with American accent.

Pretending to be the ATO said a lawsuit was filed against me, if I didn’t call back I would be arrested

Robotic voice ATO threatening a warrant for my arrest if I don’t call back

Caller: Automated call

Saying they are from the ATO and that there is a warrant for my arrest and I should ring back on the number listed.
I am now blocking number.

Told me I had a law suit pending under my name. They didn't say my name, and it was a recorded message. If you get one of these calls do not call back it is a hokes call .

Yes Robot- I called back as I missed it the first time, googled the number but nothing came up, when I rang back, a lady with indian accent threatened with a 5-year jail sentence, and $99K payable to ATO.

I have rung ATO directly and reported to their Fraud department.

Claiming to be ATO, case is being made against me and to provide my full name etc. I would rather not and act accordingly. Working on urgency saying I had to pay immediately...sure thing buddy!
