Called back and got the “this number is not connected” message

didn't pick up, looks spam to me as well

Called and didn’t leave a message. Assume spam

Came up as suspected spam on my phone. Ignored it and it hung up. Blocked the number.

Person on the other end was rather abrupt. Tried to make it seem that I was the rude one when they didn't do the simple courtesy of properly introducing themselves. (I.e who they were and which business they were calling on behalf of)
