Declined call was diverted to voicemail, where a recorded voice (American accent?) left a message saying I and my family were being investigated for tax fraud and to call a (tel number) for more information.

Caller: Robocall This is a scam call. Do not reply to it. Just block the phone number. They just get random phone numbers and use a recorded message to scare you to call them back. BLOCK the Number and move on...
