Posted on February 5, 2021 Caller type: Scam call Location: Australia
They said they were from Telstra IT department and my internet security had been hacked and needed to be fixed. If you did not cooperate with them they got angry and threatened to cut off your phone and internet. I have spoken with Telstra and this is definitely a SCAM. BE CAREFUL if you get a call.
