Caller: Scammer with American Accent

Recorded message (1st Sept 2021) in female voice saying: "we have filed a case under your name for tax fraud" & "your warrant is out for arrest" asks to press 1 to cancel your warrant and another number is recited, then "or call us on (02) 8007 4638. This is final warning." The message ends with "Goodbye!" said in a different voice, after a gap in the recording.
