Answered a call from this number and it hung up immediately. Ringing back I got a message saying the number isn't in service

Answered phone call from this number, and they tried to sell me solar power, and they would not stop talking, so I had to yell over the person calling to tell them that I was interested. The person on the other end of the phone swore at me, saying "you don't need to yell at you Arsehole" and hung up. When I rang back the number was disconnected.
