Caller: Scam telemarketer

A missed call but left a stupid voicemail in an automated computer voice asking to call back regarding outstanding charges or there will be a warrant out for my arrest. Annoying and stupid attempt at scamming the older folks or the not so tech savvy, don’t take it seriously.

Left a message saying that there is a legal case against me and if I do not call back an arrest warrant will be issued for me.

I just had a call from a random land line

The message was automated stating that I was being sued by the ATO and that if I don't call a number that was given in the automated message an arrest warrant would be issued against me.

very persistent & rude. Trying to sell private health insurance

Indian telemarketer trying to sell solar panels. Very persistent. Told them to take us of their list as we are on Do Not Call List. The Do Not Call List is not working. Grrrr!!!

Possible predictive (or auto) dialler number - a precursor to a telemarketer or scammer. A call from this number was received by a data line telephone that is unlisted and is not used for telephone calls.

Just had a automated message explaining that they were from the ATO and were filing a lawsuit against me. If i didn't call the number back then a warranty for my arrest would be issued.

Consistent with the comments below, they said they were the ATO investigators and requested you to call back, or they will issue a warrant. Called back and no response. Just blocked the caller.

got the recorded message in an compturised 'american' accent telling me the ATO was chasing me etc. hung up after about 10 seconds. idiots.

Claimed to be the Australian Taxation Office, asked for my name and when I said I didn’t want to give that information they yelled “you’re going to get arrested, don’t ever call this number again”
