Caller: I was told to call this number , as it is an anti Fraud number

I was told that someone was trying to buy things with my debit card , which is in public view . This person had another man sent to my property to collect my debit card , while Iwas held in a call to him . I was also instructed to not do any online banking until this person is apprehended. I feel that I may have been scammed , because the email which I sent to this anti-fraud person last night didn’t send through .
And when I try again this morning, the site is not available .
