Is this fake ?

Robotic voice advised a law suit was being filed against me by the ATO and if i didnt call the number back an arrest warrant would be filed and i would be arrested - seems like a scam

They left a voicemail (50 seconds of just silent static) on my mobile phone.

Robot voice saying it was the ATO and i need to call back to their direct number otherwise they will issue an arrest warrant.

Caller: SCAM ATO

A machine saying "Hello.. This...is... a call from the Australian Taxation Office.." Immediately hung up - I knew it was a scam, the voice on the machine had an American accent - DUH!

I got a call from this number. When I didn’t answer a robotic voice left a message saying there is a law suit against me and I need to call back.

Left a voice message saying if I didn't call back they would have an arrest warrant issued and have me arrested!

ATO Scam

I received a voice threatening message from this number, saying " if I don't return his call, they would issue an arrest warrant". Please do watch out this call!

Left me a voicemail with a recorded message in a robotic American accent claiming to be from the ATO, and saying I'll be arrested if I don't call back!

Scam call from an automated voice claiming to be from the ATO, stating that they will issue a warrant for my arrest. This is a known scam.

got a call from this number. seems to be a recorded message with a thick male accent and said calling from ATO. I cut the call, Looks like a SCAM to me..

Left a message on my phone stating it was the tax department and I have a lawsuit against me and if I didn't respond I would be arrested

Caller: Recorded phone message

A digital recorded message said they were from the ATO and I was being sued by another party. To call back immediately on (03) 9013 6583 otherwise I will be served and sued!

Got one today. Number is owned by Symbio Networks which is a Voice over IP network. Primarily used by overseas scammers to look like an Australian number.

Don't answer.

Automatic message commenced stating that it was the ATO and that a lawsuit has been commenced against me.

An automated machine claiming to be from the ATO stating a lawsuit was being filed against me. That was the point I hung up.

Left a message to say that I was going to arrested unless I called them back.

Called and left an automated massage saying that i owed them money and if I didn't call them back they would get an arrest warrant out for me. I don't owe anyone any money, so I'm not calling them back...

A call received in recorded message claiming that he is from the taxation department. Said that "there is legal case going to be filed against your name including warrant for your arrest." If I'm not going to reply the call, they will arrest me.
