Caller: NBN BROADBAND VICTORIA Help line calling you for LAG CONNECTION and giving you instructions on how to fix it otherwise you WILL BE DISCONNECTED IN 1 HOUR. They ask you to key in letters to see the problems you have with the NBN. When you ask for credentials and to send a technician to your home, THEY RETALIATE WITH SAYING"YOU WANT TO PAY $100 FOR SOME ONE TO COME AROUND.

Caller: Unknown caller Help line calling to help you with a Lagging broadband connection when asked for details i was given the name Jack William. i asked for a number i can ring them back on and was given (03) 9013 6054 but when i called i got a message that says , calls to that number can't be made at this time.

Caller: Wayne & James Anderson Claiming to be Telstra Technitians, keen to uninstall AVG virus software. Told them I would ring back...Found the above.
