I had a message flash up on my computer saying it was a Microsoft Windows Defender warning, that my computer had been hacked and to call this number as it was the Microsoft Australia office in Melbourne. Guy answered, didn't identify himself, asked my age and didn't seem to have any idea about computers in general. I suspect this is a scam.

Caller: An Indian lady claiming to be Telstra offering a 50% discount on my phone bill. The con artist tried to get me to confirm my google verification code to confirm my 50% discount off my Telstra phone bill. This needs to be flagged!
