Called trying to scam bank details

I live in the USA and I got a call from Australia??? I blocked them!

Is there anyone to complain about this? These solar rebate people call at least once a week even though I tell them not interested. Told him today to take me off the list as it is becoming harassment. He hung up on me. So angry.

Have had people ring me from this number for the past week, at least once a day, sometimes twice - wanting to tell me about the solar rebate. Have told them numerous times I already have solar, and then they hang up, but still they keep calling me - really, is there nothing the 'authorities' can do about this cold calling crap! And I'm supposed to be on the do not call register, so that's a joke too.

Rang it back the number could not be connected.

Rang today, I won't answer unsolicited calls from unknown numbers, they didn't leave a message on the answering service.

Bastards should be strung up for harassing the public..........

When I answered, I could here talking in the background, but nobody spoke to me so I hung up after 3 or 4 seconds. I think it could be a call centre I'm in Orbost
