"The reason Behind call is that there is a lost suitcase is getting filed under your name. the moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division". Such a broken English.

Robotic auto message left saying I had to call back or an arrest warrant would be out for me.

It's a threat delivering message. Dumb of them.

Was a recorded message saying I had to call back department number three on a specific number or I would have a warrant out for my arrest

How do we report these people

american voice recording saying I have to call back or else a court order will be issued to arrest me. called back the above number, guy with Indian accent answered claiming he is an ATO officer. obviously he has no clue what he is doing so after a brief conversation which he insist on me providing him with my full name, DOB and address which I refused. he hang up hastily.
I call the number again and they have already blocked my mobile number.
Definitely a scam!

Exactly the same. The automatic voice recording mentioned ATO, and to call the number back because there is an arrest warrant. Hahahaha.
