This number has been calling me every day for the past three weeks. They never leave a message. I have answered a couple of times and the foreign caller tells me they are from Optus and want to see if they can improve my service by offering me a "deal". They then ask me questions about what phone I have. I tell them if they are from Optus they should know what phone I am using as it is part of my contract. They still persist on asking me for details and I politely tell them any info I need on my contract can be given when I visit an Optus store, not from an unknown caller. They still keep calling!
