Received a call from this number asking for an unkown name but the right company. Asked who it was the said "Oasis calling on behalf of Optus". I said there was no one by that name and they said "oh is he on another number now.. who is this?". I didnt answer and asked if he was optus, or a company selling optus products. He said "Calling on behalf of Optus". I asked for their ABN. He said he didnt know. I asked how he got the number - he said from optus. I asked for his address, he said they didnt give out their address. I said "and your asking for my details but wont identify yourself sufficiently? Im sorry buddy - dont call back" and hung up.Very dodgy

I had 6 missed calls from this number, rang it back and it's 'oceana call centre services' calling on behalf of optus for a mobile phone upgrade that I requested.

Receiving these calls regularly, not only wasting my time wearing down my phone battery, interrupting me in the middle of tasks and generally annoying me. This sort of approach to marketing is not helping you Optus...
